Our Mission

I’ve received two key instructions from the Lord:

Bring people to the feet of Jesus.

Speak Life.

Back to Bread is about unfurling His presence.

Back to bread = Back to Jesus.

Back to communion, relationship, connection with Holy Spirit.

Now it came to pass, as He sat at the table with them, that He took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them. Then their eyes were opened and they knew Him; and He vanished from their sight.

  • Luke 24:30-31 NKJV

The prophet who has a dream, let him tell a dream; And he who has My word, let him speak My word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? says the LORD. Is not My word like a fire? says the LORD, And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?

  • Jeremiah 23:28-29 NKJV

For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?

A little bit of backstory…

In August 2020 I started a Facebook group to share testimonies, encourage others in the Word of God, lift people up and to increase faith in Jesus.

I felt moved to create a space where we can thank God for our blessings, share messages, journeys and pray for those who may need support and love.

I’ve been a Christian since I was 10 years old, but in the past few years I can now confidently call myself spirit-filled and on fire for Jesus, truly living every day WITH Him.

I get a lot of words, visions and inspiration most days and so I wanted to hear from others who get these so that we could all grow in spirit.

I also wanted new believers, or those who are struggling to see or hear from God, to be among a family of believers whose faith has a purpose to inspire greater faith in what is possible with God.

There has never been a better time to rise up and claim what God has for us. The enemy had been attacking me and while I was quiet in the past, I became wiling to share with more people about the things I see and share what God is saying to me.

The name of the group was chosen because it means being willing to die in order to follow Jesus. This is called “dying to self.” It’s a call to absolute surrender.

After each time Jesus commanded cross bearing, He said, “For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it. What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, and yet lose or forfeit his very self?"

Following Jesus is easy when life runs smoothly; our true commitment to Him is revealed during trials. It's not about us, it's about Him.

“Take up your cross and follow Me” - Jesus, Matthew 16:24

We are all here for such a time as this - are you willing to take up your cross?
